In place of a conventional background check, we utilize what we call a “community-based character check”.
With this model, we require that folks provide us with at least three (3) references whom we can contact to get a better understanding of your character and history. We ask that at least one of these references is someone you have lived with in the past.
If you have a recent background check to send to us in conjunction with your references, we welcome receiving that, too!
For each reference please provide:
1. Name

3. Phone number
4. Relationship to you
(These can be the same as your three (3) references)

Is your favorite color yellow? Are you a morning person? Do you enjoy cooking? Have you ever gone bungee jumping? You can literally share anything you believe needs to be shared!
(It's completely fine if you don't have additional information you want or need to share!)
